RETURN POLICY

36 and Oh! Will accept customer returns for any reason within 30 days of shipment if the product is unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. 

36 and Oh! is unable to accept returns if

• The item has obviously been worn
• Smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odors
• Visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes
• Alterations or modifications of any kind.

All returns must be initiated using the CONTACT FORM to request a return authorization. We will send a Return Authorization (RA) number via email along with a pre-paid return address label. 

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
